I can’t recommend you guys enough, when looking for a piano mover I had a lot of doubt with many of the movers I spoke to and then I asked some musician friends who put me onto you. From the word go your team was communicative and made everything so easy, even when there were issues on the pick up end, you guys handled it brilliantly. When the piano was delivered the guys were friendly, careful and even gave me some piano advice. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
Excellent, professional service from everyone. Despite our fears about a big, steep flight of stairs, the piano was moved without hassle and now safely installed in our lounge room.
Excellent customer service when booking via phone. Given a 2hr window of pick up the day before move (big tick). Movers arrived exactly on time and moved piano with no fuss. Overall excellent service.
Piano Moves were a treat to deal with who moved my old piano across Melbourne with no issues what so ever. Three other piano moving companies declined the move due to a set of external stairs. Piano Moves were more than happy to take on the task, moving the piano the same week I called at a very reasonable price.
The whole process was so easy. They came exactly when they said and had my new piano in and my old piano out in a flash. The person that bought my old piano wanted to opt for a slightly cheaper service than the great rate she was already getting from her leg of the double move, so she booked someone else – but guess what, they phoned at the last minute to say they weren’t coming! So a million thanks to Piano Moves for coming to the rescue.

Thank you all for providing me with such caring, friendly, professional and competent gentlemen. They treated both myself and my great grandmother’s piano with utter respect. I would highly recommend them and also enjoyed their senses of humour. Also, despite being a “difficult” delivery (20 steps down), I didn’t hear any cursing or swearing (I’m sure they were uttering profanities though in their minds). Also, a big thank you to Tom for being able to deliver at such short notice!

I thought that the four young men did a wonderful job. They had three flights of stairs to negotiate and they were well prepared and very knowledgeable. The piano was moved expertly from start to finish. Portable items were carefully wrapped in black soft wrappers. They were very nice young boys and a pleasure to meet.

Delivery team was very efficient. Impressed that they cleaned the dust etc. off the back of the piano before re-installing it at its new home.

Would certainly use your services again if needed. I only needed an old upright moved up five steps into another room to allow for renovations. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professional attitude but most of all the cost was so reasonable. I could not get a plumber/tradie in the door at that price!
